I was proud to be Amply Media's first intern to take their weather team by storm.
My internship quickly turned into a full-time position as a digital marketing specialist. For over 3 years, I've created social calendars, social posts, new campaigns and ads on a daily basis, and have grown our social sites immensely.

Here are a few examples of my Facebook ads for the weather team:
My ad strategy was based on getting users to allow our websites' notifications so they stay informed during local weather events. I found the most success in state-targeted campaigns, either with open targeting or a variety of detailed targets.

I was also in charge of creating social content for Facebook and Instagram.
After some change-ups to the company structure, I was relocated to working on the Apps Team. Apps were new to our company, and we were jumpstarting with a horoscope app, then a news app, and have come full circle to a weather app.
